During the summer the Women's Wednesday Morning Bible Study is currently studying Grace and Forgiveness.  They will meet beginning June 18th through August 13th in Room J from 9:30 - 11 AM.

    **No class on July 8th - VBS week**

"Stepping Up"

A journey through the Psalms of Ascent

Come and join us for the Beth Moore Bible Study for women.  

Lead by:  Pastor Deb Michaels

Begins:  October 2, 2008 - November  13, 2008 (10 weeks)

• Thursday Mornings  - 9:30 -11:30 a.m.   Room J
• Thursday Evenings    - 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.   Room J
• Nursery will be available
• The cost of the workbook for the study is $20.00. 

Stepping Up:  A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent explores Psalms 120-134.  Traveling pilgrims sang these psalms both on the way to the great festivals of the Jews and as key elements of the worship at those festivals.  You will interact with Beth Moore and the Scriptures in new ways.  You will gain a new appreciation for the life of faith as a journey to greater fellowship with and worship of God.

Beth Moore says, "I am expecting nothing less than a new level of relationship and intimacy with God through these psalms.  I ask you to settle for nothing less as well.  The more we unveil our faces to God and bare our souls to Him, expressing what is on our hearts, the safer we'll feel with Him and the closer we'll draw to Him."

Cost of workbook and materials  is $20.00, checks payable to St. Paul Lutheran Church.   Books are available in the church office or at the first meeting.
